4)We adopt longitudinal air blowing and guiding system, which makes the cold air circulated inside of spiral freezer much more reasonable and completely avoid the uneven freezing temperature in the different places of the belt. This cold air blowing and guiding system has excellent cooling effect as indicated in the application practice among our customers.

 

 

2. Equipment Main Structure:
Insulation Panel
We adopt self-extinguishing flame-retardant polyurethane sandwich panels laminated both sides by stainless steel board. The panels will be assembled by eccentric hooks.

Access Door
The special used cold storage door, which is sealed with low temperature resistance, aging resistance and oil resistance sealing strips. The seal is very tight to prevent cool leakage. The door will be equipped with safe voltage electric heating device to prevent freezing. Safe and reliable.

 

Evaporator and Fans
The evaporator pipes and fins are made of all-aluminum (rust-proof aluminum alloy) with large fins, variable fin pitches, and high flanging, which can greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator, extends the defrosting interval time and it is highly efficient and energy-saving.
 

 

Electric Control Panel
Stainless steel 304 electric control box. Moisture proof and Dust proof. Electrical components are mainly used Siemens/Schneider/ABB. Stable quality and reliable performance. Digital display temperature inside the spiral freezer. Easy to operate and control.
The running speed of the mesh belt can be controlled by an inverter. The freezing time can be adjusted at will.

1. Delivery Time
 Depending on your quantity, for goods we have in stock, Delivery takes 2 days to 
comply with your request to replace the plug or other configurations.
For Regular order, delivery takes between 20-30 days.
 
 2. Payment Term
 Mostly, we work with: FOB / CNF / CIF or EX-WORK. Which one? 30% deposit by 
T/T payment for start production, 70% by T/T or L/C before delivery. 
Small amount by T/T or Western Union or L/C are acceptable.
 
 3. Production Capacity
